HOW WE GET YOU BACK ON THE FIELD
Recovery starts with an accurate assessment of the injury and of the movement patterns that led to it. Treatment combines chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy and functional rehabilitation, then progresses to sprinting, cutting and contact-readiness work. Before you return, we use objective return-to-sport testing so you come back with strength and confidence.IN-SEASON SUPPORT
During the season, recovery between games matters as much as treatment of a single injury. We help players manage soreness, maintain mobility and address minor issues before they become missed games. Read How Athletes Can Approach In-Season Recovery.FOOTBALL INJURY FAQ
