WHO THIS IS FOR
Athletes finishing rehab after an ankle, knee, hamstring, shoulder or back injury; athletes cleared after surgery who still feel a step slow; and anyone who has returned too early before and re-injured. We coordinate with your surgeon, physical therapist or athletic trainer when you are transitioning from their care.RETURN-TO-SPORT FAQ
How do you decide when I am ready?
We use measurable criteria such as strength symmetry, hop test performance and movement quality, plus how you tolerate sport-specific loads, rather than time alone.I finished physical therapy. Why would I need this?
Many rehab programs end when pain and basic function return. Return-to-sport work addresses the higher-level demands of your sport so you are not completing your rehab on the field.Do you treat post-surgical athletes?
Yes, in coordination with your surgical team and their protocols. How long does this phase take?
It varies by injury and sport. Many athletes complete it over several weeks of progressive sessions.RELATED PAGES
